SES teams continue to search Greenmount Hill double murder crimescene. (Updated 04/03/10)
Members from the Northshore SES unit have again today been called to the scene of last weekends double murder at Scott Road near in Greenmount Hill.
Deputy Local Manager Nick Elliott said "Having scoured surrounding bushland and in particular the area where the burnt out utility belonging to the male victim was found, SES teams have today been carrying out a fingertip search in the garden of the house where the male victim lived".
The police investigation into the murder continues. Earleir in the week police named 64-year-old Stefan Viorel Borsa and 35-year-old woman, Sidney Marcel De Beaux as the two people whose bodies were found at the Scott Street address. Mr Borsa was discovered about 10am on Sunday, while Ms De Beaux was found dead at the back of the same house a few hours later.
Detective Bryson said police were still looking for a man who stopped briefly outside the home on Saturday morning while driving a white car.
He also urged any witnesses who may have seen the burnt-out car - with registration 1AHW956 - in the area sometime around Friday to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Police remain tight-lipped about how the pair were killed and said detectives were still trying to determine the time of the deaths.
