Police are SES were searching yesterday for a hospital patient who went missing after surgery in Shenton Park.
The man, identified as a Christopher Howman, 35, was reported missing at around 1pm on Monday 8th. Mr Howman is described as 180cm tall, skinny build with green eyes and short, fair hair. Following major surgery, he has a large scar running accross his head from ear to ear.
Dozens of SES volunteers assisted the Police in carrying out a systematic search of local streets and parks. Search teams worked through the night, with new teams set to commence first light this morning.

Missing patient Person Christopher Howman has been found safe and well in Scarborough.
A police spokesman said this morning Mr Howman was sunburnt, but otherwise unharmed.
